Eau Claire Welcomes New 4-H Program Coordinator

In case you haven’t heard yet, Eau Claire County UW-Extension has a new 4-H Program Coordinator. We welcome Miranda Nelson to our office! If you are familiar with Eau Claire County 4-H, you may recognize her by her maiden name, Miranda Thesing-Ritter. She is an Eau Claire native and an Eau Claire County 4-H graduate.  She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Go-Getters 4-H Club for 15 years, an active Older Youth Council member, Camp Counselor, and Youth Leader in a variety of projects. She was active in Dairy, Horse & Pony, Livestock and Shooting Sports, but also enjoyed other projects, trips and leadership activities

Miranda graduated from UW-River Falls in 2017 with a Bachelors Degree in Dairy Science and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree at UW-River Falls in Agricultural Education Professional Development.
