BCCB is a public-private collaboration that will benefit Wisconsin communities by connecting 182 Community Anchor Institutions such as libraries, education, government and health care. Commercial providers can use this network to provide services to homes and businesses.
BCCB is installing over 600 miles of fiber optic cabling, including “long haul” fiber to connect demonstration communities across the state and Community Anchor Institutions through fiber and wireless technologies.
